Majority decision

What constitutes a majority.......

Majority, as it applies to decisions of the people, will depend on the type of vote that is being conducted.

It could be a Simple Majority of Voters across Australia, or a Majority of Federal, State or Local Government seats, or a majority of seats in the majority of states for constitutional referendums.

This system will retain the existing methodology of intent, but will streamline the process.
